What Can I Expect?
Casual & Relaxed
Sunday gatherings are exciting, casual, and relaxed. Come as you are and expect to feel welcomed as our guest.
Music & Message
Each week, experience modern music and a relevant, engaging message from our Lead Pastor, Lane Greenleaf-Perez, or other speakers.
For Your Kids
We take your child’s experience just as seriously as we do our adult experiences and your children's safety is our top priority. Because of that, we have a detailed check-in process for our Red Hills Kids program the first time that you visit. You can pre-register at the link below to save some time, or we encourage you to arrive ten minutes early to get signed in for the kids’ experience. Don't worry, after the first visit, checking in is a cinch and only takes a minute!
Generous Belonging
sensory-friendly service - Sundays at 8am (Begins Oct. 8)
One of our four core values as a church is Generous Belonging, that we are endeavoring to foster a community where everyone experiences belonging at the table of the Lord. A sensory-friendly service is an initiative by our church family designed to extend belonging to those in our community who might be neurodivergent, have hearing sensitivities, or prefer a more contemplative experience in Church.
It will still be the same sermon and the songs, but we will be shifting the style of the service to better serve those with neurodivergence or hearing sensitivities. The music for worship will be very minimal and performed at a lower volume. The lighting will be simple and low-level. There will be an introduction to each service where we will set expectations for the order of service, fidgets will be available upon entering the space, and there will be specified seating for those who prefer more generous personal space.
Service Details: Minimal Instrumentation & Low Volume for Worship • Subtle Lighting • Explanation of Service Order at the Top of Service • Fidget Toys • Quiet Spaces • Muted Transitions • Specified Seating for Personal Space (every other seat is available)
Neurodiversity
We currently include cool-down spaces in our children’s classrooms, where a child can access noise-canceling headphones, soothing music, fidgets, and pleasant scenery. Earplugs are available at our main entrances for those who prefer reduced sound waves. If you are needing a quieter space, our meeting room is available off of our main lobby with a live video feed of the gathering.
ADA Accessibility
If you are a wheelchair user or experience difficulty with mobility, we have a ramp to our auditorium available from our parking lot along Third Street. Our ADA restroom is available on our lower level accessible via the external, cement ramp along Third Street.
Translation, Closed-Captions, & Assistive Listening
Spanish translation is available on all our signage and slides throughout the gathering. Sermons can be translated via the Google Translate app, with devices available to borrow at our info table in the lobby.
For those who are hard of hearing or in the Deaf community, all our in-person gatherings offer live closed-captioning. We also have assisted listening devices available, which can be used with headphones or Bluetooth to an enabled hearing device.
