Red Hills Church is a thriving and dynamic church in the college town of Newberg, Oregon. Our average attendance is between 600-700 people with 200 students coming from George Fox University. The mission of our church is to inspire people to know Jesus. Our vision is to introduce people to Jesus through our entire region and county. We are looking for energetic and dynamic people who want to join our team and help accomplish the mission God has given us.

Production Director (Full Time)

The RHC Production Director oversees all production and tech for gatherings and/or events, video production, management and upkeep of tech gear, and the recruiting, training, resourcing, and executing of tasks by the Tech Dream Team. They work alongside the Worship Pastor to not only fulfill the tasks of volunteer roles, but to cultivate community and spiritual discipleship among the members of the team and within the church body. Production is utilized as a medium to increase exposure to the Gospel through forms such as video, social media, online broadcast of gatherings, etc. Similarly, it serves the in-person gatherings experience through creativity and the stewarding of talents, creating an immersive worship experience that is orderly and free of distractions, pointing all the focus to worshiping Jesus.
