FAQs

What is there to do at the Camp?

Camp Crestview has an outdoor pool, a 100-foot waterslide called the “Black Hole,” a rock wall, a zip line, a gymnasium for basketball or volleyball, a Candy Cabin for souvenirs and snacks, and a fireside Victory Circle overlooking the Columbia River.

What kind of activities will there be?

During the day there will be group games, free time in the afternoon, cool crafts, cabin times, and amazing Chapel times with praise and worship and inspiring speakers.

What do I need to bring?

Casual clothes, sweatshirt (for morning/evening), sneakers, flip flops (for pool and Black Hole), modest swimsuit (one piece for girls), two towels (for pool and shower), toiletries (soap, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush, deodorant), bug spray, sunscreen, flashlight, water bottle, bible, pen, camera (no phones or tablets), and money for the Candy Cabin (snacks and souvenirs). Lunch will be provided on the ride home.

What should I not bring?

Cell phones, electronic devices, books, magazines, weapons, tobacco, alcohol, marijuana, or other controlled substances.

What are the rooms like?

The rooms are dorm-style, with bunk beds and mattresses and common bathrooms. There are two adult leader in each room, and boys and girls are in separate buildings. You will need to bring your own sleeping bag and pillow or other bedding.

Will I be with my friends?

We do our best to keep churches together and you can request a roommate or cabin leader when you register. Keep in mind, cabins and church groups come in all different sizes, so you may have someone from another church in your room, or your group may be in more than one cabin next to each other, but you will have plenty of time to be with your friends throughout the day.

What time do we leave and return?

All campers should arrive at Red Hills Church with all their stuff at 12:30pm on Wednesday, July 5th. Lunch will NOT be provided, so please eat before you arrive. Campers will return to Red Hills Church Saturday, July 8th between 12-12:30pm depending on traffic.
